We understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange an item, and we are here to make that process as smooth and straightforward as possible. Below, you will find our return and exchange policy to guide you through the steps.
1. Return and Exchange Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure that:
- The item is in its original condition, unused, and undamaged.
- The item is returned in its original packaging.
- The return request is made within 30 days of the delivery date.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Custom or personalized orders.
- Sale items or items purchased during a promotion.
- Gift cards.
3. Initiating a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at deskinfo@janicebruno.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to return or exchange.
- Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on how to proceed.
- Securely package the item, including all original packaging and materials, and clearly mark the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package.
4. Shipping Your Return
Please send your return to the address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was received damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure your item arrives safely.
5. Processing Returns and Exchanges
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. If the item is approved for return, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
- Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
- Exchanges: If you are exchanging an item, we will ship the replacement item once the returned item has been received and inspected. You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking information for your new item.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at deskinfo@janicebruno.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Please include photos of the damaged or defective item. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either by providing a replacement or issuing a refund.
7. Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at deskinfo@janicebruno.com with your order number and details of the incorrect item. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you and provide instructions for returning the incorrect item.
8. International Returns
For international returns, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs, duties, and taxes associated with returning the item to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.
9. Additional Information
- We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet the eligibility criteria or are returned without a Return Authorization Number.
- Please allow up to 14 business days for the processing of returns and exchanges during peak seasons or holidays.
